Personas
What are they?
Personas are archetype users, characters created from our insights into users of our product. User interviews, user feedback, survey responses and the first hand experiences of our user relations team has influenced these in some way.
I illustrated those personas to be used in internal presentations and documents.
-
The automator
“I’m financially comfortable, with a steady job. My money works for me, so I don’t really need to worry where it goes. I can feel free to keep trying new things.”
-
The optimiser
“We’re a close family, so our subscriptions can get pretty complex. We’re certainly not struggling, but we have to make sure our spending doesn’t get away from us - we have the kids to think about!”
-
The spender
“I finally got a job! The money still always seems to be gone at the end of the month though, and I’m not really sure where it all goes. Good thing you can split up payments for expensive stuff!”
-
The survivor
“I’m studying, so the only income I get is from my parents and scholarships, grants, etc. I kind of enjoy getting thrifty with it. I’m a little nervous about living on my own for the first time, though.”
